Quack!

Because if you have a duck in your shorts, you have to let it quack.

I like running with others and I like running alone .... sometimes I gotta make a little noise that's sort of like a car backfiring ... when this is the case, I like to run alone.

Um, If you'd stop having cheezy poofs and beer for your "recovery" meal, there might be less backfiring... just a suggestion :)

P.S. Is ihatetoast the other voice living in your head?

Right from now on you go to the back of the line for all group runs.... I will not have you backfiring in my space :)

I don't like to run alone anymore. But I don't always like to talk. some of my best runs have been alongside Tess with the both of us not saying a word, just panting and sweating and the odd moan to let the other one know we are still alive.

For some reason though, when we stop there is lots to talk about...like all the splits, how much pain we were in, who we saw, how we wanted so much to stop but wouldn't be the first person to stop.......

I only run alone about once a week so I either drop back, or surge on my running partners if I need to let my duck quack.
