Levelled out
Day 6 - 6th December 4:30am :> 75.9 Kg (but around 0.5 kg less when I returned from the run today).
That is 167 lb which is down from about 176 lb so I'm claim 9 lb. The goal is 156 for 20 lbs but this will have to come from eating well and doing the right exercise. This is my ideal weight according to myDr.com.au
The alternative is to get taller, but this would be harder.

I agree losing the pounds is less complicated than getting taller, but it doesn't always feel that way. Good luck with the weight loss.

i find pooping helps. so i'm going to go on a diet of pooping. no eating. just pooping. should be a supermodel in no time.
