Today I was invited to come along to the Brisbane Road Runners as part of bring a friend day. I had the absolute pleasure to run with Tesso.

i think mark is blue, because tesso wouldn't run in slip-on merrills.

okay, really - i have 3 little kids and they go to track meets, and it's really like that when they run races. you should see the littlest ones in the 50m dash - half of them stop (really stop on the track) to look for their mum & dad and wave, then finish the race
