1K efforts
1K efforts are not fun for me ...

McMillan says these are my speed workout range for the 1:26 half but I need to hit the 3:28 to 3:38 for a the 1:24 half goal ... 2 seconds, how hard can that be?
I now have my halves and my 1k efforts in the bank with 4 more weeks of training before race day. I wish this was easier.
Loving Yoga and also having a long run injury free. Massage is a big help and being really careful. Hoping I am Titanium ...
