It poured rain .... then a wash of runners flooded under our bridge. At the 2K mark everyone is close together and nothing could really dampen their enthusiasm at this stage. My toast hating amigo and I, did our best to lift the spirits early on by knew it wasn't going to be easy. So we had to resort to this as the loops bought everyone back at 10K, 25K and 40K ..........

it was great fun. i do not advise any of you to cheer in boots with heels, especially if you have an achy hip. that was not my personal best.
