Show me where it hurts.
Hell week is over .... and I got through it unscathed .... almost. Last night I had some pain .... sort of like the pain you get when riding a bike.
Show me where it hurts
Each time I extended my leg it hurt a little more, but thankfully, today it doesn't seem so bad.
What a relief .... I was dreading what exercises the physio would subscribe for this ....

i don't get why people encourage this. you gotta figure there's butt slime being left behind. if you even think about doing that on our floors, i'll leave little thumb-tacks glued pointy side up! ... then i'm getting you a harness with a heart tag: "Lervemunkee" if you find me, YOU KEEP ME!
Butt... there's breaking news... CJ's daughter and the boyfriend are out of the house!!
:)
Toasty, don't let that be you draggin' Ass at the Gold Coast.
I think they do it because they have swollen/irritated pheromone release centers in their behind or something (cannot think of the scientific name) my cat does this and David gets livid!
Thanks for your kind words on my blog. I was actualy thinking about you on my long run yesterday. Honest. I was wondering whether your inclusion of speed sessions at PCRG had made any difference to your matathon racing?
I remember that first conversation at Doombeen. I thought you were crazy to be running Marathons in Thailand (or whever it wasthat was hot and steamy ). What do they say about first impressions?
i heard the same thing e-speed has about that.
another pr at gold coast?
I hope the hurt is gone for good, but I know the little aches and pains come back. I am going to have to try a hell week one of these weeks.
I'm really wishing that I hadn't clicked the "Show me where it hurts" link. I had to frantically hit the back button as my assistant walked in so that she wouldn't think I was some kind of pervert. ;)
