Katy's friend from 5th grade is here ..... we are so excited to have her stay with us.
So in honour of the occasion I have stopped training to rest a little. The Physio on Monday thought I had stress fracture in my foot. Won't be going back there unless he gets a positive attitude.
I decided to do a little cross training so figured an IRONMAN couldn't be too hard. Quite frankly I don't see what all the fuss is about!

You better not have a stress fracture or we are taking you back.
Since my wife takes evening classes I have been doing a lot of "ironman" training too!

At least the guy on your t-shirt looks like he's logging some miles. Well - you might be doing some shoulder strength work too.
Well, if this is the definitely of Ironman, I want my days of being paid to be an Ironwoman back! Can you believe I used to get paid to iron clothes and then grade wrinkles?! That puts a twist on the Ironman business now doesn't it?!

Yes, tell that guy to get a more positive attitude for sure! I wouldn't go back to him unless he agrees to tell you you're doing great / all is well / on the mend / ready to run another marathon next month!!!!!

My first NYC room-mate from when I was a young hopeful in acting school lives in New Zealand now. It's a long long way...maybe someday I'll have the time & $$$$ to make the trip.
You look like a champion with that iron. My husband irons like a pro - I'm an impatient "that's good enough" ironwoman!
Ok - so it took this blonde a moment to "get" it....Is RobtheRunner blonde too??? An ironman - now that is sexy. IhateToast is doing alright!
