I thought I did a good job on my stitches. Now off to Shanghai and hit the gym to work off the lbs from yesterday. That is after my meetings and work of course.

You sure seem to be doing it tough in Shanghai.
sure, he looks the same, but i'm sure you'll notice that his boobs are perkier.
